Michael is passionate about helping patients feel comfortable and supported throughout their hearing care journey. He is a major Kansas City Chiefs fan, enjoys movies, books, and spending time in nature hunting or fishing. He has two loved pups named Doc and Holly, and has been happily married to his wife, Dr. Nicole Smith, Au.D., for 5 years. He is furthering his education to become a Biomedical Equipment Technologist.
